Concept:

Opening an institution from scratch. Creating a menu according to the concept of the owners. The institution with a local view of the kitchen menu created a menu for it, which consisted of the main menu, the Swedish breakfast line and a children's menu. 

What changes have taken place:

- creation of a menu for the institution

- development of the future menu

-selection of suppliers

- recruitment of personnel

-personnel training

- technological maps

- calculation cards

-description for waiters

- launch of the institution

- drawing up check-lists

- ordering equipment and inventory

- design according to the given parameters of the building
